Red Deer Rage Softball - Refund Policy

Reimbursements
1. Registrants withdrawing from the softball program will be reimbursed their registration
fee less the administration fees set out below.

2. Administration fees to be charged for withdrawal from the program are as follows:
Withdrawal prior to evaluations - registrants will be charged a $30 cancellation fee
Withdrawal after evaluations - registrants will not be reimbursed.

3. Concessions may also be considered for registrants who withdraw for such reasons as
a medical reason or moving away from the area. A written request for reimbursement
must be forwarded to the Association. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case
basis with such decisions being the responsibility of a Committee made up of at least
three members of the executive. It is recommended that the Registrar and the
President or Vice President be two of the members of this Committee
